Ursula's European Pastries makes many gluten free items for people with celiacs disease, or for anyone who is counting carbs or just wants to stay away from flour for passover or any other reason. Wendy has worked very hard to be able to extend the gluten free line from five to about eighteen items. Your friends and family won't even know the that the fabulous cake you serve them is completely free of flour. You should never have to suffer through a cardboard or grainy tasting box cake mix again.

Everyone here at Ursula's European Pastries is very careful not to cross contaminate, but we do work with flour for many other things so if you have an extremely sensitive condition you may want to stay only with food you have prepared yourself.
